1. For personal home usage of the "Bathroom Fittings" in their original location, Coldstar extends this guarantee to the original/first purchaser. The warranty cannot be assigned.
  2. The warranty for any product will start to run from the date of purchase and can be used if the authorised service personnel sees a valid proof of purchase and warranty card while the product is being repaired. Therefore, customers must properly store the original invoice and warranty card. The company's service centre or authorised services partners will carry out any necessary repairs or replacements.
  3. The client must transport the goods to the registered firm address if there is no service centre nearby or approved service personnel, and if the product is sent by courier, the customer is responsible for the courier fees.
  4. All costs and expenses incurred for repair ⁄service of the Products in respect of a) to and from the travel of service personnel and b) transportation of the Product and ⁄or spare parts and ⁄or components from the location of Coldstar India’s branch office or Authorized Service Franchisee to customer’s location and back shall be borne wholly and solely by the customer at the prevailing rates, and Coldstar India shall not be liable for any damage caused to the Product in transit or delivery for repair.
  5. This warranty does not cover incidents of negligence, misuse, abuse, careless installation, accident, hard water or mineral deposits, exposure to corrosive materials, misapplication, damages brought on by improper upkeep, alteration of the product, or failure to adhere to the installation or care instructions provided with your product. Abrasive cleaning agents such as powders, bleach, ammonia, alcohol, or chlorine should be avoided. Steel wool, wire brushes, and abrasive pads should not be used since they will harm and wear down the finish.
  6. Labour fees or expenditures associated with the product's removal and reinstallation are not covered by this guarantee. Incidental or consequential losses, such as lost usage, delays, property damage, or other damages of a similar kind, are not covered by this guarantee, and COLDSTAR denies all responsibility for them.
  7. In the event that a flaw in the product is discovered during the warranty term, the firm and its authorised service centre reserve the right to keep any part(s) or component(s) replaced at their discretion.
  8. The business may, in its sole discretion, substitute operationally fresh parts for the defective part(s).
  9. The warranty terms are not applicable in cases of product damage, customer abuse, repairs made by unauthorised persons, or misuse discovered by authorised service employees. Instead, repairs will be made based solely on the cost of the components.
  10. Replacement of components would solely be at COLDSTAR's discretion. If the complete unit has to be replaced, (Subject to the sole discretion of COLDSTAR), the identical model must be used; however, if the model in question has been discontinued, a model that was priced similarly at the time of purchase must be used in its stead.
  11. There will be no obligation to guarantee that the hues of any replacement coloured internal or exterior components match those of the original or other components. Due to the unit's ongoing use, the replacement tints, patterns, and hues may differ from the customer's unit. Except for the components that are genuinely required, any matching components modified at the customer's request will be billed.
  12. It is made very clear that the firm is under no duty to complete repairs within a certain time frame, although making every effort to do so as soon as possible.
  13. Any responsibility, damage, or loss to pr operty or life that results directly or indirectly from any damage to the COLDSTAR goods is not covered by this guarantee. Only within the warranty period will the firm be required to make repairs or offer replacements for damaged items.
  14. The demonstration and installation of the bought device are not covered by the warranty.
  15. Components like washers, Rubbers, Springs, and other plastic products are not covered by the guarantee.
  16. Any additional accessories to the product are not covered by the warranty. After a year has passed, in the event that COLDSTAR goods are determined to have manufacturing flaws other than these, regular labour and part fees will be charged to consumers at the then-current rates of the business.
  17. If a dispute occurs between the Company and the customer over the aforementioned guarantee, no party may file a lawsuit or initiate an arbitration action without first participating in mediation.
  18. Only Delhi's courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any issues that may arise.
